This spring, join IDP for our first Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course, the eight-week series developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and the University of Massachusetts Medical School’s Center for Mindfulness.
Led by Emily Herzlin, a MBSR instructor and mindfulness meditation teacher. She is also a graduate of IDP’s Yearlong Immersion and Instructor Training program.
