September (Tuesday) Meetup: The Calligrapher's Daughter by Eugenia Kim

  • September 24, 2013 · 7:30 PM

N.B. The deposit is refunded at the meeting - this is a non-profit making Meetup group (see refund policy for details). Korean author Eugenia Kim's debut novel is a beautifully inspiring story spanning 30 years, including those of the Japanese occupation, and centres on the difficult life and times of Kim's nameless mother. Dinner will be at Japanese favourite Kirazu.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
