EconoCON at Plymouth State University

EconoCon stands for Economic Convention, and we pride ourselves on being one of the most (if not THE most) affordable gaming conventions in New England (and soon… the world!).

Each April, Plymouth State University’s gaming club hosts EconoCon which features a variety of games over the course of an entire weekend. From 8 AM to well past midnight Saturday and 8 AM to 6 PM Sunday, EconoCon takes over our student union building with role playing games, board games, card games, tournaments, miniature war games, and electronic games!

The current EconoCon Chair is Robbie Disbrow and can be contacted through e-mail at: [masked]

EconoCon 2014′s theme is 8-Bit/Classic Video Gaming.  April 5 & 6, 2014.  GM Forms are available now!

Registration is available through the following link:

There is a small charge for this event.  Make payments after filling out the registration form through the link above.

The event is NOT overnight.  It goes from 8:00AM Saturday till sometime after midnight, then picks back up at 8:00AM Sunday till 6:00PM.

Facebook Page for Event is as follows:

Parking is a little weird, but if you follow a typical GPS, you will arrive  at the top of a hill with the Student Union Building on your left.  The large parking lot on the right will be available for use.  DO NOT PARK IN ANY OTHER LOCATION AS YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO FINES FOR DOING SO!!!

Plenty to eat downtown and quite a number of gamers show up.  A small local store does bring in goods that they sell.  The cafeteria is partially open during that time as well and can provide some foods to eat.
