can begin with 15 minutes of silent sitting or not--we can discuss a book, article, or audio/video or not and drink tea or not. what would you like to do?
We will allow for a some time to connect and settle in, then do a couple minutes of grounding/breathing. James has offered to bring an excerpt to share with us from a book that resonates with him, To a Dancing God, that we will then open up for discussion. We encourage a heart-centered conversation and an atmosphere of trust and openness. We will close with 15 minutes of stillness/meditation. I will offer tea throughout.
