I am so excited to have started this group. We will meet twice a month or more to exercise, learn from trainers and health experts and learn some yummy low calorie recipes. I would love it if you could bring a friend or two that are in your circle of influence. It is great to have a buddy that you exercise with so bring him or her, if you don't have anyone you could buddy up with someone from the group that lives close to you. This group is to encourage you and help you. We appreciate donations but they are not required, this is to cover the cost of food and the venue.

Come and have fun and share your experiences with others. We all have something unique to contribute. Let's get America moving together!
