Response to Joey on Galatians 3

Post #: 3
I have uploaded a PDF file (into the The DFW Mid-Cities Theology Meetup Group - Files section) containing a preliminary analysis of Galatians 3. This document was established in preparation for a discussion with Joey. Chuck has also expressed an interest in further study.

As stated in the document, there is no English translation that adequately expresses the Hebraic overtones in the Book of Galatians.

Of course I invite questions and comments.

Hey Steve! We miss you at the meetups! I read through your file you uploaded on the site about Galatians 3 and I have a question for you. You stated "I am not aware of any Christian that is mature in Torah and is no longer under the guidance of an escort. This may be because Christians have never placed themselves under G-d's Torah:" but my question is how can you consider Christians not under an escort. In my opinion, I believe we are under an escort and that escort is Christ. He leads us and teaches through the bible about what we need to follow from Torah and also how we are expected to lead our lives on a daily basis. My question to you is what do you consider "mature in Torah" because I believe our escort is the man who inspired Torah. Take Care! :) Peggy
