After dinner, stay for a live practicum on how to be successful as a vegan. You will hear from three people who have been vegan for decades. George Gibbs runs an organic gardening business in San Francisco. He has been totally vegan for years. Hear from him what he has found to work for an active hard-working lifestyle. Robert LaRue, also, has been vegan for decades. He is in optimal health. He will share the secrets he has discovered, to make a vegan diet work for years. And Dixie Mahy has been vegan for many many years. Listen to her success story as a vegan. And not only a healthy, active lifestyle confirms it for these three long-time vegans. Medical exams and blood tests as well, demonstrate success.
Find out how they made it work, and how you can too. That's Wed. May 21 at 6 pm, at the Opera Plaza Community Center, 601 Van Ness, San Francisco. Take the elevator to the first floor, then Security will key you down to the mezzanine for the event.
A fifteen dollar requested donation covers the all you can eat vegan Memorial dinner and the presentations. The Nutritionist and the Presenters are donating their time. Funds go toward facility rental, food, transport and other costs.
