This meet-up (Advance meditation) is for persons who are already familiar with concepts and practices of meditation.
Guided Meditation is an integrated approach for developing the body,mind and soul thus improving well being and balance. Each month, we'll continue to part-take in guided meditation sessions specially arranged only for members of the Vegetarian Corner group.
note: Unfortunately, I'm unable to attend this meetup, however I wanted to schedule the meetup as it was requested to have weekly meditation for our group which I support. I will only be able to attend one advance meditation class this month, however weekly meditation classes will be scheduled for the group. Thanks for all of your feedback from previous meditation gatherings.
