We're not having an introduction and advance meditation class (separately). This meet-up is for persons who are already familiar with concepts and practices of meditation.
Guided Meditation is an integrated approach for developing the body,mind and soul thus improving well being and balance. Each month, we'll continue to part-take in guided meditation sessions specially arranged only for members of the Vegetarian Corner group.
