Fun place and great conversation. Staff was very accommodating for our large group and you can't beat a Happy Hour that lasts until 8:00. Thanks for arranging, Mel!

My sincere apologies. By the time the email arrived that I was granted a spot (90 min before the start), I'd already made other plans. After 5pm, I didn't think to check my email and didn't see that my RSVP was changed:(

I'm new to this group. But can't we do better than "pub inspired food"? In a city like D.C., we have access to wonderful food from everywhere on the globe.

David, the philosophy of our group is to try a wide variety of restaurants in our area - from cheap eats to high-end dining. While this restaurant might not interest you, our organizers strive to find places that will appeal to our diverse membership. I am sure you will find a place that will suit your tastes in the future.
