The Ottawa Senators and Their Fans Beyond the Strike

Isabelle Perrault-Lachapelle is the Ottawa Senators’ director of marketing with responsibility for digital and social media.  She will speak at March Third Tuesday Ottawa #3TYOW and will share with us how the club used social media to stay in touch with the fans to keep them engaged throughout the recent NHL lockout.

Now, already at the half-way mark of the official season, the Sens are focused on connecting the fans with the players, especially the young guns.  As an organization however, the strategy goes well beyond marketing. It touches all departments from communications, customer support, in-game entertainment to sales. Isabelle will share her experience in leading the social presence for one of the most recognizable brands in the city as well as the many hits and misses along the way!

Agenda:

5:30 Doors open, meet new and old friends

6:10 Presentation, followed by Q&A session

6:45 Community mixer

When I add a guest it doesn't ask me to pay. Shall I just pay that at the door?

okay, I had another friend show interest so I did a 2+ on my rsvp. The system charged me 20 bucks. So I've paid 40 so far.

Everything worked out. Thanks. But just so your aware. I registered myself (paying the 20.00). But when I later added another person it didn't give me a chance to pay. I had to change it to +2 before it charged me.
