Isabelle Perrault-Lachapelle is the Ottawa Senators’ director of marketing with responsibility for digital and social media. She will speak at March Third Tuesday Ottawa #3TYOW and will share with us how the club used social media to stay in touch with the fans to keep them engaged throughout the recent NHL lockout.
Now, already at the half-way mark of the official season, the Sens are focused on connecting the fans with the players, especially the young guns. As an organization however, the strategy goes well beyond marketing. It touches all departments from communications, customer support, in-game entertainment to sales. Isabelle will share her experience in leading the social presence for one of the most recognizable brands in the city as well as the many hits and misses along the way!
