35UP! Fire & Food! Musical - Ring of Fire plus drinks and appetizers

Join your friends in 35UP! at the theater. This time we will have a beer, wine, and soft drink social with finger foods before and during intermission. The play is $10 entry fee, and the other $11 goes toward the social plus paypal fee. What a great inexpensive way to spend an evening. And the play is sure to be great! Come at 6:15 to socialize and the play starts at 7:30.

Ring of Fire, by Richard Maltby, Jr.

We’re gonna raise the roof in this barn-burner of a musical that celebrates the songs of an American legend, The Man in Black himself, Johnny Cash. This thrilling show will feature an ensemble of many of your favorite GET singers and musicians who will make Ring of Fire an extraordinary theatrical event to add to our rich history of high energy, sold-out, foot-stomping musicals.

The Ensemble

Scott DePoy, J.R. Hawkins, Denise Hillis, Chris Irwin, Tracy Vaden Moore, Mark Schroeder, and Jeremy Wood.

Come join us again at the Georgia Ensemble Theater for another wonderful evening of theater and fun!

Wine, beer, and finger foods will be provided upstairs prior to the show and during intermission. No beer or wine will be served after the play is over, but upstairs will be open for the food and soft drinks. You're $21 paypal fee will include you in the upstairs social and entrance to the play. What a great way to spend an evening and not blow the budget, and help a great cause! Most of your payment goes as a donation to the Roswell Lions Club, benefiting such places as the Ga. Camp for the Blind, Eyesight Roswell, the Leader Dogs program and much more!

Do remember this is a capped event, so if by chance you can't make it, be sure to change your status for those who may be waiting! No shows risk being removed from the next capped event. Can't wait to see you all!

This was amazing, the food, the people, drinks, and the service was out of this world!!! Thanks Fran for being so nice since my other half had to work.

Great night. Very, very good deal.
The musical itself was above average, but the music itself was excellent.
Drinks and appetizers were definitely a welcomed addition. I could not believe the amoount of drinks! The finger foods were numerous, although I wish there were a larger selection of the more popular items.
The mixing of 35Up! and the Lions Club caught me off guard. Although, everyone seemed to be enjoying theirselves and interacted well. Looking back at it, it was a great idea due to the smaller group of people from 35UP!

This was one of the best local musical productions I have attended. The cast members of the play were exceptionally talented and put on a flawless performance. I found it hard to believe there was not even a wait list for this event. Those who decided not to attend really missed out. Thank you Jonathan for providing us the opportunity to attend an event such as this at such a reasonable cost.

Play was GREAT!! The musicians were multi-talented, from acoustic to electric guitars, piano, harmonica, fiddle, bass fiddle and even an accordian. They received a well-deserved standing ovation. The food and drink at the reception were good and plentiful. The food offerings were supplied by local restaurants and/or homemade. And there was a lot of it! What a fantastic time and good evening.

What a great evening ! Thank you Jonathan for arranging such a lovely event. Gathering for food and drink in our own room before the show, during intermission and after was a wonderful idea. None of us had to race around beforehand to grab something to eat, and we all had an opportunity to relax , eat and socialize before going into the theater. .
The show was great...and so was the ample selection of food and beverages . I had expected just some hors d'oeuvres so was totally surprised to find such an impressive selection of hot dinner foods , wines and beers. Really excellent . A great show, good food, good drink, good company , PLUS an opportunity to help out a Lions Club charity !!. A perfect evening !! Hope we can have more events like this . ( I will be the first to sign up !)
