Join us for a Thanksgiving dinner followed by Atlanta’s number one seasonal tradition, the Lighting of The Great Tree. Whether you are reliving your childhood or seeing it for the first time, the tree lighting is not to be missed.
We will be having dinner at the 57th Fighter squadron. The 57th is one of tlanta's top places to enjoy Thanksgiving, putting out a fantastic meal with extensive and yummy choices. Included are carved top round roast beef, honey glazed ham, salmon, shrimp and of course, roast turkey. Add to this yummy vegetable dishes, deserts and iced tea, and you have a scrumptious buffet. For the full menu
After dinner we will be taking a 10 minute drive to Lenox mall for the tree lighting.
The Lighting of the great Tree is a tradition dating back 65 years. Music starts at 6:15, culminating in the tree lighting and fireworks.
We will be meeting for the Tree lighting on the Peachtree Rd. sidewalk in front of the Target parking garage, 2 clocks north of Lenox.
Due to the great demand the 57th sees on the holiday, we will be requiring you to pre-pay for this event. Info will be provided as we get closer.
