One of the objectives with the group is that it’s a “feel good” group. We concentrate on turning negatives into positive stuff in a constructive but informal and often fun way. It’s about the old question: When a glass is filled half way, do you describe it as half full or half empty? In our group we’ll go for the half full option! Not that there’s not space for the discussion of negative feelings and experiences in the group. How can we really experience the positives if we do not know & explore the negatives?

The location is downtown at Homewood Avenue, M4Y 2K2, Toronto. The detailed address information is provided to members once they've joined the group.

It's within easy walking distance from the subway (Wellesley subway station & College station) and the streetcar stop is only half a block away. If you arrive by car, free parking is available in the underground parking garage. The exact location is provided to you once you join the group.

WHEN : Please see the "Calendar" on this site - the first meeting is to be scheduled soon!

TIME : 7 pm till 9.30 pm. You can arrive any time form 6h45 pm.

Your participation level is up to you so there’s no need to feel exposed if it is difficult for you to speak in a group. Meetings are professionally structured and planned on a weekly basis and held in a relaxed, private and safe atmosphere. Cool drinks, cookies, note books and other learning materials are all provided and it's also the group's objective to support various charities.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
