Discuss Hegel's Phenomenology of Spirit, Sections 166-196

We will also read the appropriate part of the Heidegger, finishing that book. We should refer as always to the Bernstein tapes. Finally, in May, for commentary we will move on to Introduction to the Reading of Hegel: Lectures on the Phenomenology of Spirit by Alexandre Kojève, Raymond Queneau, Allan Bloom and James H. Nichols (Oct 31, 1980)

Thanks very much for posting the link to the Kojeve; nice to have! I will almost certainly NOT be able to make this, I'm sorry to say, but I can stand almost any amount of conversation about continental philosophy in general and Hegel in particular, so will be looking forward to the next session.
