The Marcus Landslide trail was just opened in 2012 and is part of the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy. It's a nice scenic walk that will take us close to some interesting rock formations among other views. East End is just above us with Four Peaks off to the east.
The trailhead is located between the main parking lot and the rest rooms.
Directions: Exit at Princess Dr. & Pima Road off 101 in Scottsdale. Take N Pima Rd all they way to Happy Valley Rd and turn right. Stay on Happy Valley until you see a sign for the Tom Thumbs Trailhead take the next right onto Ranch Gate follow it to 128 St. and take another right. The third parking lot next to the rest rooms is closest to the trailhead.
