Join us for this new route on a great hike
A relatively new trail system in North Phoenix, the Preserve is a Mtn. Biking paradise, but is fun for hiking too. A little change to our normal routine, Union Peak is a longer hike and a more challenging climb. At 5.8, it's our Thursday hike mileage leader. The bicycle trail of the lower valley gives way to a steep final ascent to the beautiful summit ridge with a commanding view of Deer Valley airport. Return will follow the same route through pristine desert hidden from the city lights.
