North Mountain Fitness Hike

<p>This is a great after work, mid-week hike to keep the legs stretched out and strong! This is a steady climb up on a rocky and rough trail, approximately 800 ft elevation gain. The trail down is mostly paved.
Please note: This is a
fitness hike, we keep a steady, moderate to fast pace.
Please evaluate your ability before attending. Let's meet at the Havasupai Ramada in first parking lot you come to when you turn into the park at 7th Street & Peoria.
This hike begins promptly at 5:30. Please remember
plenty of water, hydrate well before & after. Also bring a flashlight or headlamp. If you have questions, you can contact Erica, the Event Host.</p>

    How long does it usually take you to complete this hike

      Some of us will do an extended hike which will be less than 3 miles a fitness hiker can do this in than an hour, however that would include 1300 feet of climbing.
