Sondra will lead this BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE hike on the numerous and varied trails of the Dreamy Draw Recreation Area. (Trail selection varies with each hike.)

Length:[masked] miles Elevation: 1,580 ft. - 1,380 ft.

Trail Composition: Compacted dirt, loose rocks, gravel

Difficulty: EASY to MODERATE.

We're enjoying the experience slowly, seeing all we can see. We'll explore the many and varied trails of the Dreamy Draw - some level, some slightly steeper.

WHAT TO BRING: WATER (1-2 liters – any time of the year), hats and sunscreen in the summers and long sleeves/jacket during the cooler months, headlights/flashlights are necessary during the winter months as we will be returning in the dark.

MEETING LOCATION: The Dreamy Draw Recreation Area is located at the END of Northern, just East of SR-51. If you are coming either North or South on SR-51, exit at Northern. Northern dumps into the Dreamy Draw Recreation Area. Follow the road into the recreation area to the parking lot. There is but one entry road with no deviation as you drive toward the parking lot. (MapQuest shows a service road that is not accessible to the public.) The trailhead is located just north of the parking lot in Dreamy Draw Recreation Area near 19th Street and Northern Avenue. A large paved parking lot, drinking water and restrooms are available. The group will meet at the bottom of the stairs and select which way the hike heads out from there.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
