This website is for 2012, but we'll use it as a guide for training for 2013.
We'll keep a brisk pace and these summits are steep! Not recommended for beginners - you want to be very fit for these.
First Leg: Summit #3: 1190 ft elevation gain; 2.5 miles return.
Second Leg: Summit #4: 308 ft elevation gain; 1.2 miles return.
Total: 3.7 miles
**Parking can be a challenge, so arrive early. You can wait at the base of Piestawa for a spot - people tend to come and go quickly. Or go a little further and park deeper in the park.
