Wait List Procedure

There are two options for the wait list. It is the host's option which to use.

The first is "automatic" which means that the first person on the wait list automatically is given the open spot when available. The problem with this is that that person many times has made other plans and does not take them time to go back on the site and change his "automatic" upgrade to "going" to "not going". Therefore the spot is never made available to someone who wants to go.

The second option is new called "No Wait List". If you see this on top of the RSVP list you will be given a chance to be notified if a spot opens up. Just click the "Notify Me" button. When a spot opens, each member who has done so will get an email informing them that a spot has become available. The first person to log in and claim it, gets it. Therefore only members who want to go actually get an open spot. So to clarify what log in and claim it means: log into your account with the HHH and RSVP for the meetup. If you are unable to RSVP someone beat you to it.
