Most of the "action items" that the Dallas 912 and Tea Party master list have sent out in the last couple months have been a complete waste of time. "Email a Congressman in another state about healthcare!" That's worthless. "Call voters in New York about Hoffman!" More BS. If I get one more email telling me that the way to stop Obamacare is to call a Senator or Congressman outside of the area, I'm going to flip out. I think calling Yankees about 1207 was a waste of time, too. Once Pete and Jeb co-sponsored 1207, I stopped paying attention to most of the CFL emails.

We (this Meetup), however, haven't gotten sucked into this. We know when and where to spend our time and money. Whether you helped or not, Justin Epker almost got elected and Ann Margolin DID get elected.

David, you're hanging out with the wrong people or, more likely, you're not stating your case effectively. In your emails and in conversation, you tend to be a "take it or leave it" kind of guy. That's just not the way to win friends and influence people, as I've learned over the last two years. I am quite effective when talking to people about the issues and Debra Medina. We're going to have more meetings where we discuss how to talk to people, which were quite effective meetings 2 years ago.

David, you obviously need to find another way to express yourself. I don't know what it is, but maybe you should make videos and post them on Youtube like John Jay.

I can't and won't give up as long as we occupy Iraq and Afghanistan, the Federal Reserve exists, the local, state, and federal governments trample on our rights, and every level of government oozes and rewards corruption.

I tend to agree with you David. Talk is cheep, plentiful, and easily mis-interpreted for the benefit of the elite but actions of consequence are going to need fairly massive support to be successful. I even question the effectivness of the Oath Keepers to a degree. I mean, where were those guys during the Pittsburgh campus police state activity. Did you see anyone coming to the rescue of those college kids being tear gassed during what I believe was a peaceful demonstration used to test drive some new riot control weaponry? I did not hear them rally vocally about the abuse of power. Did you? Has anyone even filed a law suit yet? I guess the OK's are biding their time until the time is right or until they are directly given an order they will refuse (so do the elite just keep those guys on the shelf and out of their way?)...then you have to wonder who it will be that is the recognized leader of that new army and why. The elite's mantra is divide and conquer right now...bleed us out of our jobs and dollars. A sleeping giant is slowly awakening but I am not sure how or when it is going to be organized in a way that will have support from more than a handful at a time unless we can get someone like Debra Medina in the Governor's seat, or Ron Paul as President, who can and will authorize these types of actions and be the leaders that all oath keepers will follow. I trust me and a few others but I am not sure who else I trust yet and whose authority I would follow. Time will tell. I will stand with you and others for the right reason. In fact, I already do.

BTW, it is going to be interesting to see what really went down at Ft. Hood today, and what media spin this one takes. I have not heard a lot yet and don't know anyone on the inside. Alex probably does so I will listen to all sides and wait to make any judgements.

As thing have been unfolding since last September, I, as many, have protested, written and called our representatives in outrage to the bailouts, war, and the recent corporate fascist marxist health bill and cap and trade. Today, protests are being held in anticipation of the vote on the latest version of the health care bill which will be voted on this weekend. At the protests, everyone is going to sing "God Bless America". I can just see the politicians and globalist elites quivering in their boots at this one.

The Campaign for LIberty, Tea Party, and 912 movements have organized around the idea gaining back our freedom and nation by getting the right people elected to national, state, a local positions.

My question is: As long as the unelected global elites control the power, wealth, and the system, how is electing or unelecting anyone going to make a difference? We've been playing this game for decades with nothing but loss after loss of liberty. It's obvious that the Globalist collectivists have already infiltrated the Tea Party and 912 groups via FOX news and the talk show hosts, as well as no doubt, having agents infiltrate the ranks. Suppose we actually did get Ron Paul as President, and had numerous victories in local elections, how much power will they really have within the global elite's system? How many of our new representatives will be easily turned with bribes, black mail, and threats? How effective could they be against the onslaught of media propaganda against them? How will they fair against the mass of international conspiracy and wealth being invested to sabotage every effort at reform? How long are we going to keep pretending that there is a nice risk free way to do this? When are we going to identify our real enemy and hit them where it really hurts by rejecting their monetary system, noncompliance, seceding, and issuing warrants for their arrests for their crimes against humanity?

I don't mean to sound like a hopeless nay sayer, but energy is precious and I want to invest mine where it's going to count for something. As I see it, the only people who are really hitting them where it hurts is the Oath Keepers and Alex Jones. They successfully led the charge to stop the pandemic hoax by gaining massive non-compliance. We need more ideas along these lines.
