I agree with your concerns and support well-designed legislation to deal with the abuses of TSA agents, but not the bill you appear to have introduced, HB 80. It is the same abomination you introduced in the last session, that I opposed, and that was rightly rejected by others as "grandstanding". Your bill does not even advance the cause as political theater. It discredits it among knowledgeable persons.
