Simply Sweets gives you a unique opportunity to take baking classes in English right in the heart of Tokyo. Make new friends, discover delicious recipes and improve your baking skills all in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
At Simply Sweets you'll learn how to make delicious French and American classic desserts, as well many as other favorites from around the world. Cakes, brownies, cookies, puff pastry, scones, a variety of classic French desserts, tarts, cheese cakes, local sweets from Hawaii, pound cakes, roll cakes, muffins, chocolates, cupcakes, tiramisu, holiday and seasonal sweets, etc.
It doesn't matter if you're just a beginner or an experienced baker, you'll still have a great time in our classes. You will work in teams of two, so why not invited a friend (or friends) to join you?
After you've finished baking we'll all chat over tea and enjoy some of our fresh baked sweets together. It's a great way to relax and meet new people. Of course there will be extras left over for you to take home to share with friends and family or to enjoy all by yourself!
Classes are taught at convenient times during the month at a professional kitchen in Central Tokyo. Advance registration and payment is required. Class size is limited, so please sign up right away!

Baking has been a passion of mine since I baked my first cake as a teenagerlivingin Hawaii.Since then I've never stopped learning and trying new recipes.
In 2007 I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu ofTokyo with a diploma in pastry. I also have taken many courses at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City and continue to do so on a regular basis.
After spending nearly two decades working in the financial services industryI decided to leave and pursue my true passion in life – BAKING!
