If I come I'll be there early..not sure yet. Easy to spot me,6'5" with glasses, Santa Cruz Blur. I need to ride more, meet some riders in the region. Will do Deb.! Who maintains these trails? I've been in that park but not biking, I didn't know you could.

Search Greensboro Fat Tire Society and Isle of Misfit Toys on FB. They'll fix you right up.

I haven't given this much thought yet...but I might be open to carpool if anyone else is. Hey Scott, look for the Carolina Blue Stumpjumper...that's me. Apparently Owl's Roost has changed some so I'm looking forward to riding that.

I worked on a new section of OW but haven't ridden it either.

I'm pretty sure I'll be there! My best friend lives 5 minutes from there, ready to ride..probably the intermediate trail.

Well you guys would be in the advanced group. Owl's Roost. If they are judging by speed too, I may have to go Intermediate. I'd like to do all of them. The funnest are Owl's Roost & Turkey Creek. I like the one at the very end of the out and back (Kingfisher?) but they were still building last time I was there a year ago.
In other words...I'm not sure of their plan but we can adapt our plan on the fly to make sure we get enough riding in. James rides up there a lot so he can help with that.

Cool...ill be there for the 10:30 rides. What group ride/trail are we hooking up with? I haven't rode any of them.

I am open to the time we meet. I have 10am and then the plan is to hook up with the 10:30 ride sponsored by the Greensboro guys and let them lead. They are splitting it into groups. There's a pump & jump clinic at 12 if you're interested in that. The link for the full event is on this page. There will be food trucks and other fun stuff. I would like to ride, so after the 10:30 group ride and a quick visit to the party, I may hit the trails for an out and back...to the end if I have time. I will be happy to take over as lead once their group ride is over...unless some of the locals join us for more. :-)
