Please remember there are no scheduled Crabtree Social Friday rides for the next two Fridays. Feel free to join the Harris ride next week with Toffor & Jim...they're good guys and will make sure you don't get left behind. If you have a kayak, bring that too for a moonlight paddle! Also, if someone would like to step up and schedule the Friday Crabtree ride instead...feel free!!

That would be great, Mamoon! We need a current leader to post it though. Since I won't be there, it's not good for me to post. Anthony or Michael are your best bet.

I may be leaving going out of town this coming Friday. If not I was thinking of trying to make it to the Harris Lake ride. I can post one for the following Friday though.

Thank you to Debbie and Gene for all the encouragement and instructions. We had a awesome time and can't wait to get back to it!

You guys are all so fun! It started off rocky for me with a broken chain (Thanks Melissa for coming back to hang with me while I fixed it!). Once back with the beginner group, I realized that Gene had already turned them all into intermediates! (Thanks Gene for your excellent leadership skills!). I hope everyone else had fun...I hate those occasional rides where you don't know if you have 100% return, though. If we left any of you fast guys in the woods last night, my apologies!! ;-). BTW, next time I'm getting the banana pudding...

Another great ride. The weather was perfect tonight for a ride! Great company for drinks and food afterward as well! Hope to see you guys next week!

Hey Karen! I hope to see you next time!! I missed your earlier comment...yep, sometimes I feel the same way. :-)

I think Debbie is saying that you must wear your helmet while riding naked, but not even a helmet when drinking naked after the ride.

Dang Larry, I've missed you! I'm glad to see you come out of hiding! :-). So most on this ride have already heard why I had to create this rule....so you & Paul will have to hear about it tonight at the after party. Looking forward to having you both join us!!

Hello Debbie :) I haven't heard it yet either :)

No optional clothing? Who made that rule?

    June 14, 2013

  • Mamoon H.

I will be there for sure :) I leave work at 6:00 and the way according to Google Maps is 20 minutes.

I'm tentative but hoping I can make it, will reconfirm later. P.S. I'm a beginner (for about 10 years now..ha!)
