Type of ride: All skills no drop

Speed: 3 - 20 mph

Distance: between 1 - 24 miles

Time spent riding: 1 - 2.5 hours (longer depending on the group)

Difficulty: Lake Crabtree is one of the easiest trails to ride with ride arounds for all obstacles.

Details: No-drop ride for ALL Skill Levels / Riders.  We WILL split into groups based on experience / skill level.  Lake Crabtree County Park is a great location for rides.   Expect easy to slightly moderate elevation changes.   All trail obstacles have ride a rounds.  Pace will be dependent on the experience and skill levels of the attendees.

You MUST wear a helmet while riding on the trails.   Make sure you have plenty of water.

The shots on Meetup have good exposure. Were you shooting with a 2.8 lens?

It was definitely a good afternoon ride! I got there early to avoid rush hour traffic, tagged on with another female- Karen- and had an awesome ride. Crossed paths with some of you and saw lots of smiles. Love those TORC jerseys, have to get me one soon!

I can be there for the 6.50 and lead a group. from looking at the rsvp's, I know that there will be multiple people with the trail-knowledge to lead a group at the 5.45. good luck! :)

I'm fine leading the intermediate riders. I'll be there at 5:45 PM and will likely stay for a couple hours.

These rides (and the Friday rides) seem to work themselves out despite the low leadership attendance. People watch out for each other...and that's pretty cool in my opinion. David and Owen both know the trails well. I have another ride planned but if things seem to crazy, I can get there by 6 to help.

    July 24, 2013

    • Debbie

      "too" crazy. Sorry.
