Please mark your calendars for the 3rd annual Tarwheel XC Mountain Bike Race in Carolina North Forest, Chapel Hill, NC on Sunday, June 6th, 2010. Rain Date/Trail Work Day scheduled for Sunday, June 27th.

First race begins at 9:00 AM for Juniors, Cat 2 Women, Clydesdale, Cat 3 Men, Cat 3 Women.

Elementary school race is at 10:00AM.

Last race begins at 11:00 AM for Cat 1 Men, Cat 1 Women, Single Speed, and Cat 2 Men classes.

Please note, the Tarwheel requires no USA Cycling License, however we are using USA Cycling categories. Categories are Cat 1 (Expert), Cat 2 (Sport), Cat 3 (Beginner), Juniors 15-18 (High School), Juniors 11-14 (Middle School). Clydesdale and Single Speed remain the same.

Entry Fees:

Adults - $30.00
Juniors - $10.00
Elementary School: Free

We will have opportunities to save some money by volunteering.

3) Download and fill out the wavier form and bring it with you to the race.
