Beginner+/Intermediate - Be ready to ride by 10AM. We will start when the beginner ride finishes.  Feel free to show up an hour earlier and help with the beginner ride.

Type of ride: No drop ride; we will split into groups per experience level.

Speed: Beginner ride will be 4 to 7 mph.  The 10AM Beginner+/Intermediate may have multiple groups with different ride speeds, but with the heat, this will still be a social ride not a race.

Distance: between 4 -20 miles depending on group and ability.
Time spent riding: 1 to 3 hours.

Difficulty: Hog Run Mountain Bike Trail

Hog Run consists of a series of loops designed for any skill level. The beginner loop is marked with blue circles and starts at the Cypress parking lot trailhead. This loop is relatively flat with few obstacles. This loop is signed for one-way traffic only.

The intermediate loop is marked with yellow circles and connects to the beginner loop. This loop is designed to challenge mountain bike riders with average skills and experience.

The advanced loop is marked with red circles. This loop offers the longest ride and is made up of a series of loops that offer more challenges for skilled riders. Log jumps and more elevation changes are found along this loop.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
