I can do that. What time should I be there?

      January 31, 2014

If you are there by Noon (be it this weekend or next) that would be great! Vol. list update to be sent soon. Thanks again!

Let me know which day you need help - I can do either or both.

    February 4, 2014

    • Trina

Thank you John! I've added you to help out on timing. I'll send the volunteer list out and you can confirm if that works for you and if you are able to help next weekend should we postpone.

Are we still on for Saturday due to possible rain?

    February 6, 2014

    • Trina

The call will be made tomorrow (Friday) if the Event will be on for this weekend, or if we'll be holding off until the following weekend (15th & 16th). I'll send out the volunteer list shortly. If we are postponing, please reply to let me know if you are available next weekend.

So Dave says you still need a Marshal during the race. I will be up there anyway for registration, I could be bossy during the race if you want me too. Just let me know where.

Hey Eric - take a look at the volunteer email I sent out and confirm where you would like to help out - thanks!

I'm creating a BD/NL volunteer distribution list for keeping us all on the same page as the day draws nearer. I'll test it out shortly. If you rather not be on it, let me know directly. I don't want everyone to be buried by a ton of threads. Thanks for your interest in helping out.

Glad to help with registration on Sunday and maybe partial course sweep at the end. What time will you need me there?

    January 22, 2014

    • Sarwat

Okay, I have you down for registration, be there in the Beaverdam parking lot by 8:40 AM. Registration will go till 9:55AM. We have two sweepers now but if we need your help sweeping it would be around 2-4 pm.

      January 22, 2014

    • John H.

That would be cool, I still have to get my ride in that day somehow.

      January 22, 2014

  • Rob I.

I can help Saturday marking trails or whatever. Sunday is a possibility. What times on Sunday are you looking for people.

    January 21, 2014

    • Sarwat

Caution: these are my estimates, don't hold me to it. I marshalled New Light last year and I don't remember how long I was out there: 10 am - 11 am Beaverdam entrance from Highway[masked] pm Trail crossing at Entrance Booth
11-3 pm Intersection of 50 and Old Weaver
11-2 pm New Light entrance from Old Weaver

      January 22, 2014

    • Sarwat

Cleanup help could start after 1-2 pm starting at New Light and going back through Beaverdam.
