For those of you that are mad enough to do it, here is a great chance to have stories to tell for a long time!...

In a nutshell, here are a few of the 2009 Rally Details:

Location: Ontario

Route: 850 Km loop (mainly in Ontario, though it may enter into Quebec).

Date: June 12-14, 2009

Requirements: Ride a scooter and get points for madness

Mad Points: are given out for madness of the scooter, rider attire, photographs along the way and completing a series of challenges/questions en route.

Grand Prize: The person with the most mad points wins a brand new KYMCO scooter!

Classes and Time Allowed:


Day Release - Greater than 200cc - Max 14 hrs

Therapy Required - 100cc or less than 200cc - Max 17 hrs

Heavily Medicated - 50cc or less than 100cc - Max 20 hrs

Straight Jacket - Less than 50cc - Max 24 hrs

preferably also with vespa/piaggio make..

hey i'll probably go again with the bws if it doesn't interfere with school, i loved it last time but i would like to ride with someone this time, as last time i had my mp3 with 120 songs and went through them 4 times....
i'll be in the 49cc class again, as i dont plan on buying a bike anytime soon but who knows... wink

I will be going in the 100-200cc class, as well, taking El Toro for the ride!...Joe, I wish you could join the same class!...We could share your experience and madness!...biggrin

I'm glad they changed the date. It was originally planned for the Ride for Sight/Adrian's Birthday weekend.
I was planning on doing both, but some family stuff came up. If I do the Rally I'll definitely give you a message Joe =)
