Cooking Class Schedule & Menu:
Please note that everyone will be cooking the following dishes and cleaning up afterwards.
Appetizer: Vegetable Pancakes with Asian Chives
Main: Kimchi Fried Rice with Egg
Dessert: Korean Fruit Salad (& traditional snacks)
Cooking Class Fee: ~$15-$20 (We ask that you submit the fee to Susan right before the start of class. The fee will be used to cover the costs of the class materials/ingredients.)
Drinks: Wine and soft drinks will be provided, along with a few snacks. You are more than welcome to BYOB.
