Jairek has his BA in Psychology from the University of San Diego and has spent his entire life immersed in the Personal Development Industry. In 2008 he was awarded The Congressional Award, Gold Medal (which included over 500 additional hours of personal development courses, books and programs).

He has advised and consulted with Fortune 500 companies, executives, managers and sales professionals in the areas of personal and professional achievement and sales mastery. For a 2 year period of time he traveled 48 weeks a year speaking to over 400 companies giving presentations and running training programs throughout the world.
