What book should we read that is good for book club discussions?

After today's book club, we as a group decided that Crafting Rails Applications is an absolutely amazing book. However, it was not one that lead to great discussion since it was mainly code examples. Vote for which book you would like to read next, keeping in mind that each chapter should spark debate.
