FREE WEEKLY SATURDAY BOOT CAMP - Brought to you by Total Fitness Revolution

Hey Everyone! The name of our boot camp is TOTAL FITNESS REVOLUTION. We are offering free bootcamp on sessions on Saturday mornings at 8 AM at Nickajack Park. These classes are designed to introduce you to the bootcamp program and challenge you to sign up for the 4 week program and start getting in shape! We will do a variety of things on Saturdays, so please be prepared and bring your water, [b]yoga mat and 5-8 pound weights[/b] and come ready to work out. We accept all fitness levels, we start on time right at 8 AM and end around 8:45 AM. Remember, these classes are completely free, you can come as often as you wish, no strings attached at all. The classes are lead by yours truly and my team of awesome bootcamp assistants that are ready to help you get in shape. It takes more than one work out per week to get the full benefits of bootcamp so don't be afraid to come and join us! We know that you will enjoy the Saturday workouts and we hope that you will join our 4 week program.
