This is a FREE, very intensive workout for intermediate to advanced levels, some jogging, lots of good, old-fashioned cardio, interval training and calisthenics. You WILL sweat - woot!
We meet at my home (see addy above) and walk to an area in Tower Grove Park where we will work out (in inclement weather, ie: rainy, under 40 degrees or snow) we'll work out inside).
Get your butt kicked in a very good way!
Please bring water and wear comfortable workout clothes (no jeans) and sturdy running shoes. Being a friend if you'd like!
