IMO . - we need to decide on a route ASAP. This will allow us to start:

• Targeting cities/towns for press releases
  
• Seeking suitable campgrounds/friendly farmers on the way.
  
• Logistical etc.
  

I have put together four, rough draft, routes:

• Southern Approach
  
• Northern Direct Route
  
• South-North Hybrid
  
• Southern Route - East Approach
  

I have scanned these routes via satallite for dead ends/etc that don't show up on most maps. Key word is "scanned". I have not done a fully zoomed recon and made a bit of a compamise on one route where there is a questionable bridge.

I have also not counted the towns/cities per route. This should be a large deciding factor. I am of the opinion that smaller towns will be more interested/receptive to our efforts.

I have made a few detours down "Main" streets if it looked reasonable. There may be some other detours that "we just have to make!".

This has been drawn on the internet from dated satallite images and reasonably accurate maps. Local ground recon is advised and I will only take good natured ribbing for sending us down an unforseen dead end, not responsibility. ;)
