Joan,

I agree with you! Yes there are so many homeless pets that do need homes but I also think that people should have the right to get the type of pet that is right for the family. Puppy mills are horrible places and alot of the time they are sick or their dispositions are so bad that they are hard to handle. Which incurs alot of vet bills. I am also the type that would take every stray home (cats included) if I could afford the cost.

Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

Re: [toydog-41] Hello... puppy

To all,

First of all so sorry for your loss. I have a 5 year old chi who is the love of my life. Also a young boy chi to keep her company. Neither of my dogs is a rescue. And this doesn't make me a bad person.

Just give your pet a forever home and treat them like a member of the family - you will be rewarded tenfold. I understand all the puppy mill stuff and it breaks my heart. I'd also adopt every pet in a shelter if I could!

But please they all need homes so no lectures please.

Give your puppies a hug and kiss for me. Good luck in finding your new little guy!

Joan

Hello Val~

Good afternoon.
I am sorry to hear about your20recent loss?
Pets give so much and ask very little in return.
My cocker spaniel of 16 years passed away this year and I can relate to your sorrow?

However, on a lighter note-I am in the process of getting another puppy (Westie) from a breeder in the Midwest. The breeder has 3 litters due in the next 4 weeks. The size of an adult Westie-- varies, try about 15-22 lbs?

If you are interested please feel free to email me directly and I will email you the breeder?s information etc: [address removed]

Have a nice day.

Sincerely,

Gloria

[toydog-41] Looking for a soon to be born puppy

Me and my wife just lost our Yorkie just yesterday. We had adopted her the
day after she was born, and took her home a few weeks later, but it was
important to us to follow her the whole way. It was a very special bond.

It's really hard to describe how much we loved her. She slept with us, and
she had her own little fan in my office for the hot days. We take our
two dogs
(we have a teacup Chihuahua as well) everywhere we can.

Yes, we are the type of people who treat them like our children (our own
son has
already moved out of the house).

We live in Austin and are looking for anyone who has a pregnant Yorkie,
or another small breed (under 6 lbs) and will be having a litter soon.
We'd like a small girl.

We are prepared to travel as far as we need to
(we found our last baby by a complete miracle in Fort Worth).

We don't care about AKC or registration. We also don't have a lot of money
(my wife is unemployed and my hours got cut in half recently).

We are willing to barter. My wife is an accomplished photographer, and
I am an independent filmmaker (by night) and computer geek/programmer by
day.

Can you help us?

My cell phone is[masked] and my wife's is[masked]-4273.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts
Val + Rita
