This event was sponsored by the Audi club. Apparently, they didn't have enough interest to hold the event and were going to cancel. They then contacted Henry with Hooked on Driving and he was able to bring in enough people to have the event. Unfortunately, the Audi club still ran the event under their rules and procedures. Obviously, they are not used to events with high attendance. Overall, they were horribly disorganized. The morning I arrived was a total cluster. They insisted on having their people personally tech inspect each car. It took almost an hour for these two guys to inspect 4 cars. Then they had a lady who was at least 80yrs old, inspecting tires on every car before each run. There could have been a body lodged up in the wheel well and I thing she wouldn't have noticed. I would not attend another event with the Audi club, but I would attend an event with Hooked on Driving. Henry, who runs Hooked on Driving, had is stuff together and kept the place running.
