Cashflow Board Game

We play the Cashflow 101 board game on the 2nd Saturday of the month at the Hassle-Free Cashflow Investing business conference center in Benicia, CA (corner of East 2nd and East H in charming downtown Benicia).   New and experienced players welcome.  We talk a lot about cashflow real estate investing.

The event and game play are facilitated by professional real estate investor David Campbell who has taught with Robert & Kim Kiyosaki and several Rich Dad advisers on the eight-day Investor Summit At Sea.

The founder of Hassle-Free Cashflow Investing, David Campbell, started investing in real estate part-time while he was working as a full time high school band director with zero net worth.  Within six years and before the age of 30, David had become a financially independent millionaire through the vehicle of part-time real estate investing.  In 2005, David left public school teaching to start a real estate development and investment company.   His real estate investing experience has included houses, apartments, retail, office, medical, condo-conversion, net-leased properties, syndications, land development, production home building, and winery.  David Campbell is widely recognized as a cashflow real estate investing expert with real estate transactional experience totaling hundreds of millions of dollars.

Although David left the formal classroom to focus on excelling as a real estate entrepreneur, his passion for teaching and helping others succeed has never left.   When David facilitates a cashflow board game, you’ll uncover the cashflow investing strategies  that are the foundation of David’s financial success.

All attendees are invited to share their personal experiences and share best practices on applying the financial principals of the game to their real life.

Come learn new skills and meet new people who want to advance themselves financially.

Learning should be fun! If there is enough interest after the event, we may walk to a restaurant in downtown Benicia for a casual dinner.

If you're going to play the cashflow board game, wouldn't you like to play with someone who started with nothing and got out of the rat race in real life?  Here's your chance (and it's free too)!

There is NOTHING for sale at this event.  We promise!  It's a small group environment *usually 8-20 people* and there's plenty of free parking as well.

Don't miss this potentially game changing opportunity while you have the chance!!!

Hi! Can we play Cashflow 202 if we have enough experienced players? Thanks

Andy - with the right facilitator there is so much depth that can be brought out of cashflow 101 you'll learn a ton at our event. Cashflow 202 places a lot of focus on trading paper assets and our group conversations gravitate towards cashflow real estate investing more than paper assets.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
