South Florida Trance Tai Chi, Keeping The Flow in the Universal House.
October 17 is the next time we get together for Trance Tai Chi. I hope you can make it.
We will begin with gentle chi kung movement, moving into tai chi. As the music changes, we change the intention of our movement into free or guided more exhilirated movement. Progressive tribal house music will be played and other electronic genres. Read more
