Kundalini Yoga with Kim Iglinsky
Classes are $15.
This ancient and powerful form of yoga was first brought to this country in 1969 by Yogi Bhajan. Kundalini yoga uses breath, posture and mantra to quickly channel healing, rejuvenating energy to the body's organ systems and energy centers. Regular classes combined with a daily practice (even a short one!) will help propel you to a life of health, happiness and success.
