3:30 to 5:00 PM Sewing machine intro (repeat for those who missed it last time) Bring all parts of the topstitching machine you wish to learn how to use (power cord, pedal, bobbins and machine. Bring your manual if you still have it). Machines will NOT be provided
5:00 to 6:00 PM How to read a manufacturers pattern using a tunic or lady's peasant blouse pattern. Learn how to measure yourself for a store bought pattern and learn how to read and use it. Most tunics take approx 4 yards of 44" fabric and most ladies blouses take about the same)
Intro to knitting will be held after 5pm as well as intro to crochet and intemary crochet making granny squares with Amondreah of Mirkwood. Please bring yarn and knitting needles or a K size crochet hook
6:00 to 9:00 PM Open sew with the focus on making cloaks (requires approx 4 yards of 60" wide fabric), tunics and tops.
