Where and when would you like to have the next meeting?

I want to plan a meeting for the first week
of September. If you send information along
about places, days and times, I will consider

We haven't had a meeting all summer, so
this will be a general meeting to discuss
whatever you want to talk about. I hope
everyone is having a great summer.

Some possible meeting places are:
The East End Food Co-op (Point Breeze/Homewood)
Tazza D'Oro (Highland Park)
(or meeting up there to go for a walk through
Highland park and then back there for a drink)
Kiva Han (on Craig ST)
Maggie's Merchantile (on Craig ST)
Open to more places, so suggest some!

Does anyone want to visit one or more of the vacant
lots that have been used as community gardens?
Another similar site?

Many of us choose not to have cars so we don't want
to pick a place that is impossible to get to on public
transporation, unless others are willing to carpool.

Don't forget to tell me dates and times so that I can
try to come up with a few options to pick from.

There are some interesting events I will post this
week. If you have any to contribute, let me know.
The Whole Foods group here in Pittsburgh has also
been posting some interesting events and mailings.

Welcome to all the new people who have joined
recently... sorry this started to seem like a dead
group, but we have all been very busy this summer.
I look forward to meeting all of you.

Does anyone want to contribute a new picture for
the group? One of some project, garden, plant, farm
or something else that reflects sustainability?
