Three France, Canada, and Mexico. Though I have a trip planned in November to visit the UK and the Netherlands.
My first trip to Paris I didn't realize they stopped running the Metro at 1am. I went to the top of the Eiffel Tower one night and on my way home literally missed the last train. The buses where still running but I didn't have a clue how to get back to my hotel by bus. The first bus I took I was asking the driver (in very basic/poor French) how to get to where I needed to be via the next bus. The driver didn't understand but a young French man who also spoke English helped me on my way. He was going the same route and helped me through two other bus transfers to get me back near my hotel. It was the nicest thing and I will never again believe the rumor that the French are rude for rudeness sake!
I would live in and travel Europe for a year, combing every nook and cranny to experience it all.
I am a freelance photographer in Chicago so traveling is sometimes a job hazard (j/k). Looking to start traveling some more when I can and looking to learn tips on where to go and what to see in future adventures.
