It's a big world--start packing!

Is this Meet-Up group for you? Yes, if you're no longer part of the back-packer set, but aren't yet an "older", "comfort" traveler. Yes, if "partying" isn't your idea of a good time . . . but a camel race is! Yes, if you're more likely to travel to the Punjab or Peru than to Paris--but not because you can't afford Europe. Yes, if you've traveled alone to a far-flung land, but wouldn't mind a travel partner if you could find one who didn't get cranky when things don't go as planned! Yes, if you know that, unless you're a little scared, the game's not big enough.

For starters, we cast the net to see how many interested single (or not), educated professionals with wanderlust there are in Gotham who would like to meet kindred spirits. Then, having built a critical mass, we scheduled--albeit spontaneously--a first meet-up, at which we "traveled" to India and Pakistan via two documentary films.
