Welcome Julie, Please take bike safety and insure that your bike is in good shape before joining us on a ride. I noted your comment about the expense...$5 for a fully supported, guided tour with a Lead, a Sweep, bike mechanics and first aide responders is the best bargain in the Bay area...and comes no where near covering my website and other expenses...You can get free bike safety classes when you join San Francisco Bicycle Coalition...tho
