Atlantis Hotel is one of my favorite hotels I've stayed at in Reno.

The rooms are great, fantastic beds, modern, spacious with some sitting areas and bars, flat screen tvs and large bathrooms. There are two pools, one inside under a dome and one outside plus an outdoor hot tub. You walk through the spa to get to the pool but I haven't used the spa services.

I've dined at the Purple Parrot coffee shop, Manhattan Deli, Toucan Charlie's Buffet, the Oyster Bar, the Gourmet Grind and Café Alfresco. There's also Atlantis steakhouse and Bistro Napa which I haven't tried.  Manhattan Deli does give you ginormous sandwiches and salads that two could actually eat. There's the best gelato here and like 30 flavors, more reasonable than other places.

The casino has been updated and has fans over the blackjack tables similar to the Orleans Hotel in Vegas. It's not as dark and stuffy as other casinos so I guess that's why I like it. They do have a band playing on stage at night.

I tend to veer off and have breakfast at either Einsteins Bagels or My Favorite Muffin, healthy food, hah.

Like I said before, there's the biggest Burlington Coat Factory across the street. It's like a warehouse and prices are really rock bottom! So come with me to Reno; I usually go alone and always looking behind me on the trail but nobody bothers me, you never know. I'd like to go to Marlette Lake but I'm more afraid I'd confront a bear than a human. Also it's 10 miles round trip, some day.
