Hi World Travelers!
A friend of mine (Fred Hoeser) asked me to help get the word out about a trip he's running for his ski club. This is a trip to Innsbruck, Austria for 9 nights at a very reasonable price. It's set up to be mostly for sight-seeing, but downhill skiing/snowboarding and XC skiing are all available as options. Oh, and you can take a ride down the Olympic Bobsled track when you're there. Downright thrilling!
I've been to Innsbruck before and it's a great starting point to get to many other places. How about a quick train ride into Munich for a beer at the world famous Hofbrauhaus?! Or take a visit to Dachau, a WWII concentration camp. Or on a more lighter and whimsicle note you can't miss a trip to Mad King Ludwig's Neuschweinstein Castle. Did you know that Disney's castle was modeled after Neuschweinstein? I loved my visit to this castle and my beer (with wonderful pretzels and delicious mustard that goes with them) at the Hofbrauhaus.
Please if interested, take a look at the attached flyer. Also, please pass this onto any friends of your's that might be interested. As another FYI, there are still openings on the Chamonix, France trip in March, 2011. Both flyers can be found in the files section of the web site.
