The Treehouse Sangha is a Zen Meditation sitting group.  Our sitting group is open to practice in any appropriate space in the New York Capital Region.

We are offering basic sitting services at this time, under Practice Group Leader Reuben Shojin Bruchez. Additional dharma instruction is available through an established relationship with Abbot Taiun Elliston, in the Silent Thunder Order, in the lineages of Okamura and Matsuoka.

We welcome anyone interested in learning more about Zen, meditation, and mindfulness practice in everyday life.  No donation is required, but no donation is refused.
